Turongo was a mighty warrior who was also a great carver and fisherman. Through the jealousy of his brother, he was forced to leave his home and spent many years travelling the land. When he meets a beautiful woman, Mahinarangi, Turongo is determined to make her his wife. But how will he achieve his wish? Suggested level: primary, intermediate.
