<br/><br/> "The Public Health Division of the Ministry of Health planned to conduct a review exercise of its Reproductive Health Program (previously MCH/FP) in November 2002. The review was intended to take the form of a national workshop. However, due to other pressing commitments of the Division during that time, the workshop was rescheduled for 10-14 February 2003. The last review and planning workshop was conducted in 1997. The one week-long workshop was funded under the UNFPA-sponsored reproductive health program of the Ministry of Health. The UNFPA-funded and WHO-executed program has been the major source of assistance to support the reproductive health in the Kingdom for the last 20 years"--Introduction.
